Samsung expands its array of tablet offerings at MWC 2012 as the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 enters the realms of reality with S-Pen stylus inclusion

Samsung has brought an end to weeks of rumours officially unveiling its latest touch and pen tablet at MWC 2012 in the form of the repeatedly leaked Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.

Following on from the smartphone and tablet market bridging 5.3-inch Samsung Galaxy Note, the Note 10.1 has adopted a more traditional 10.1-inch form factor with the now standard touchscreen controls complemented by the company’s S-Pen stylus and S-Note software.

“The Galaxy Note 10.1 takes productivity on a Note to a whole new level,” said Simon Stanford, head of Samsung’s UK and Ireland Telecommunications and Networks Division. “With a larger, fully utilisable screen and superior performance, it combines the intuitiveness of handwriting with all the versatility of digital content to let users be more productive across all of life’s demanding tasks—whether working, learning, or simply creating their own stories.

“The Galaxy Note 10.1 demonstrates Samsung’s commitment to extending the mobile category and we are working with key partners like Adobe to provide extraordinary experiences for our customers enabling them to be more productive and allowing them to express themselves creatively.”
